Common use of Consultation and Coordination Clause in Contracts

Consultation and Coordination. During the preparation of the Basic Concept Drawings, Design Development Drawings and Building Permit Drawings, staff of Agency and the Developer shall hold regular progress meetings to coordinate the preparation of, submission to, and review of the Design Development Drawings and Building Permit Drawings by Agency. The staff of the Agency and the Developer shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as is necessary to ensure that the final submittal of any documents to Agency can receive prompt and thorough consideration. Agency shall designate an Agency employee to serve as the project manager who is responsible for the coordination of Agency's activities under this Agreement and for expediting the land use approval and permitting process.

The staff of the Agency Authority and the Developer shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as is necessary to ensure that the final submittal of any documents to Agency Authority can receive prompt and thorough consideration. Agency Authority shall designate an Agency Authority employee to serve as the project manager who is responsible for the coordination of Agency's Authority’s activities under this Agreement and for expediting the land use approval and permitting process.
