Common use of Contact at Work Clause in Contracts

Contact at Work. Representatives of the Union shall have the right to contact workers at work on matters respecting this Agreement or its administration without loss of pay to the workers. It is understood that these contacts will be conducted within reasonable time limits and that the duties of the employees will be met. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement and the Saskatchewan Trade Union Act, there shall be no Union activities on Employer’s time or on the Employer’s property without the express permission of the Employer.
