Contact Tracing. While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
Contact Tracing. The District will work with County Public Health to initiate contact tracing upon notification that an employee or student has been infected with COVID-19 and send all required notices, while ensuring the unit member confidentiality as required by law. Unit members shall cooperate with contact tracing as requested by the Public Health Department and the District. Unit members should know their closest contacts. As defined by the CDC, for COVID-19, a close contact is anyone who was within 6 feet of an infected person for at least 15 minutes starting from 48 hours before the person began feeling sick until the time the patient was isolated.

Contact Tracing. Nurses will utilize PHSKC, DOH, and/or CDC guidance regarding contact tracing. Contact Tracing. LPHA must:
(a) Maintain the capacity to surge a minimum of 15 contact tracers for every 100,000 people in the jurisdiction. as needed, based on disease rates. OHA grants with CBOs for contact tracing will count toward this minimum.
(b) Have contact tracing staff that reflect the demographic makeup of the jurisdiction and who can provide culturally and linguistically competent and responsive tracing services. In addition, or alternatively, enter into an agreement(s) with community-based and culturally-specific organizations to provide such contact tracing services. OHA grants with CBOs will count toward fulfilling this requirement.
(c) Ensure all contact tracing staff are trained in accordance with OHA investigative guidelines and data entry protocols.
(d) Follow up with at least 95% of cases within 24 hours of notification.
