Container Weights. Contractor is not required to lift or remove materials from any Container exceeding the safe working capacity of the Container, lifting mechanism or collection vehicle. For Drop-box Containers, the combined weight of the Drop-Box and contents must not cause the collection vehicle to exceed legal road weight limits. Any loose Extra Units that are not placed in a Container and that must be manually loaded are limited to fifty (50) pounds per bag or bundle unless otherwise authorized by Contractor.

Container Weights. Micro-Cans shall not exceed twenty (20) pounds, 20-gallon Garbage Carts shall not exceed forty (40) pounds, and Garbage Cans shall not exceed sixty (60) pounds in weight. Cart weights shall not exceed sixty (60) pounds for the 35-gallon size, one hundred-twenty (120) pounds for the 64-gallon size and one hundred-eighty (180) pounds for the 96-gallon size. No specific weight restrictions are provided for Detachable Containers, however, the Contractor shall not be required to lift or remove materials from a Detachable Container exceeding the safe working capacity of the collection vehicle. The combined weight of Drop-Box and contents must not cause the collection vehicle to exceed legal road weights.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.
