Containment. a) Kineo must, in consultation with Customer, and in accordance with any reasonable directions from Customer, immediately take all action necessary to eliminate or minimise the impact of the Data Breach or Loss of Data. b) Kineo must keep Customer informed of the actions Xxxxx is taking and will take pursuant to Clause 10.1 a).
