Content/Integration. Company will provide the Content to The CW, at Company’s sole cost and expense. All Content will be delivered to The CW in accordance with The CW’s standard delivery requirements (as they may change from time to time). Company will deliver all Content at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to any CW satellite transmission of the Content to affiliates. Company will also supply, in advance, a weekly master schedule (in the form attached hereto) to The CW with detailed integration instructions. Subject to timely delivery of elements, The CW will provide, at its sole cost and expense, all commercial integration services for the Block. The CW will comply with the weekly master schedule to create the integrated programming on the Block each week during the Term. The CW, at its sole cost and expense, will provide to Company all technical services necessary to uplink and transmit to The CW ’s affiliates all Content in the Block that is timely delivered by Company to The CW. The CW will also library for a period of five years from delivery all Company masters and Content elements necessary to create the Block.

Content/Integration. HealthStream, at its expense, will provide all necessary services and support for the conversion of content and features provided by GEMS into Enhancements and the integration of Enhancements into T.NAV, including adding GEMS content, enabling linkage to other GEMS web sites and the customizations listed on Exhibit A hereto.
Content/Integration. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to integrate their respective content provided to the other pursuant to this Agreement for use on each other's web sites, except to the extent not technically and contractually feasible (e.g. in cases where content is provided by a third party), including special features and timely articles.

The timeliness of availability of these screens with updated information will determine the Transfer Agent's level of performance.
