Contents and Method of Supervision and Control. (1) Party A’s supervision and inspection of Party B shall include daily inspection, annual review and special inspection. Daily inspection mainly covers the daily operation of the Entrusted Assets under this Agreement. Annual review mainly includes Party A’s annual evaluation of the soundness and implementation of Party B’s internal investment decision-making procedures, review on the risk controls and its implementation, and assessment of the rationality of the accounting. Special inspection mainly covers the followings: daily operation of the Entrusted Assets under this Agreement, whistle blowing by a third party, conflict of interest, emergencies or Party B’s violation of this Agreement which may result in loss on the Entrusted Assets.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager:
