Contents of Personnel Files. A. Information in an employee's official personnel file shall refer only to matters concerning or affecting the employee's job or related to his/her University employment. B. Where the Director, Human Resources for Employee and Labor Relations, the courts, an arbitrator, or other statutory authority determines that a document has been placed in an employee's personnel file in error, or is otherwise invalid, such document will be removed from the official personnel file and duplicate personnel files.
