Contingency Backup. 5.4.1 In an event where APS require ACRO to provide a contingency service for PNC requirements, discussion must be had, prior to any checks, in order to establish volumes and expected turnaround times. This is necessary in order to ensure ACRO can provide the required service and cope with the demand.
