Common use of Continuance of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Benefits. Employees whose hours are involuntarily reduced pursuant to Section 10 of this Article shall not lose any benefits under Article X because of such reduction for a period of twelve (12) calendar months.

Continuance of Benefits. Employees whose hours are involuntarily reduced pursuant to Section 10 9 of this Article shall not lose any benefits under Article X because of such reduction for a period of twelve (12) calendar monthspursuant to Article 10, Health and Welfare Benefits, section 2.b.
