Common use of Continuance of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Benefits. Should an employee be absent from work due to illness, injury, or maternity leave for a continuous period of more than one (1) month, the Company will pay the full cost of the Company sponsored medical, hospital, Long Term Disability, Dental, Sickness and Accident and Life Insurance, for the further period of absence, to a maximum of two (2) years.
