– Continuation of Personal Leave Day. The parties agree that in the event the Higher Education Coalition Agreement provides for continuation, increase or elimination of the Personal Leave Day(s) as reflected in Article 12, Section 9 of the Agreement, the same shall be provided in this Agreement.
