CONTINUED ENROLMENT CONDITIONS. 3.1 The Parents acknowledge that it is an express condition of enrolment and continued enrolment that the student and the Parents comply with the College Policies. The Parents agree to share a mutual obligation with the College in supporting the student’s compliance with the College Policies and that continued enrolment is at the absolute discretion of the Principal, having regard to the best interests of the other students, staff and the College community.
