Common use of Continuing Education Expenses Clause in Contracts

Continuing Education Expenses. NCRIC shall pay the ordinary and necessary costs associated with continuing education classes or continuing education programs Executive participates in which are related to the company's business interests, provided Executive furnishes appropriate documentation to NCRIC for such costs and gives the Chief Executive Officer of NCRIC reasonable notice of any expenditures for continuing education. All such expenses in excess of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) must be approved by the Chief Executive Officer in advance.
