Common use of Continuing Employee Clause in Contracts

Continuing Employee. A continuing employee shall mean an employee who is hired to fill a position of more than two (2) months duration or a casual employee who has passed their probationary period. Such employees may be hired to work either full-time or part-time. Continuing Part-Time Employee Benefits: Continuing part-time employees shall receive all the rights and privileges of this Agreement except as noted below:
