Time Position means a position in which: (i) the duties are of a continuing nature; and (ii) the incumbent is assigned full-time instructional and related professional responsibilities; and (iii) the period worked is fifty-two (52) weeks annually. No continuing full-time position shall be for a period of fewer than fifty-two (52) weeks, inclusive of vacation annually.
