Common use of Contract and Job Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Contract and Job Descriptions. The Employer shall give each newly-hired bargaining unit employee a copy of this Agreement, a membership application and the employee's job description. The Union will provide copies of this Agreement to the Employer. Additional copies of this Agreement provided by the Union shall be available in the Human Resources Department. The Employer will make a good faith effort to periodically review/update job descriptions. It is understood that employees, in the specific job(s), will be involved in their job description revision process.
