Contract Backlog Report. As soon as available, but in any event within forty-five (45) days after the close of each fiscal quarter of each Fiscal Year of the Borrower, a contract backlog report for the Borrower, its Restricted Subsidiaries and Affiliates signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Contract Backlog Report. With the quarterly financial statements to be delivered hereunder or at such other times as the Agent may request, reports relating to the Receivables included in any Borrowing Base Report submitted during such quarter setting forth a description of contracts giving rise to such Receivables, the percentage of completion of the work to be performed with respect to such contracts, the amounts billed under such contracts and the amounts remaining to be billed, in form and detail satisfactory to the Agent.
