Contract Backlog Report. As soon as available, but in any event within forty-five (45) days after the close of each fiscal quarter of each Fiscal Year of the Borrower, a contract backlog report for the Borrower, its Restricted Subsidiaries and Affiliates signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

As soon as available, but in any event at least 90 days after the first day of each Fiscal Year of Parent, a contract backlog report for all contracts that generate at least $1,000,000 in annual revenue in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lender (including, without limitation, a summary of all such contract terms) of Parent and its Subsidiaries in reasonable detail as of the first day of each such Fiscal Year of Parent.
