CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. 2.1 Ordered Goods to be used in the provision of the Ordered IT Products may (as applicable) be provided by the CONTRACTOR or a third party (e.g., lessor). Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods shall be as specified in this paragraph 2 of this Schedule.
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. This contract is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2021 by the Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 57, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Union” and the School District No. 97J, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or "District."

Ordered Goods and CUSTOMER Furnished Items to be used in the provision of the Ordered Software Application Solutions may (as applicable) be provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER, the CUSTOMER, a lessor or a previous service provider of the CUSTOMER. Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 45 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods and CUSTOMER Furnished Items shall be as specified in this paragraph 44 of this Schedule. Where any Ordered Goods are provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER (other than Ordered Goods which are leased, loaned or hired by a third party in accordance with paragraph 2.4 of this Schedule):

CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. 2.1 On the Commencement Date, the Supplier will commence preparation of a detailed Implementation Schedule, which will document the timeline for Licensed Software implementation and acceptance criteria as per the FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS. The City agrees to pay to the Supplier according to fees set out in Schedule ‘C’ hereto, as consideration for the services and deliverables as further set out herein.
