CUSTOMER Furnished Items definition

CUSTOMER Furnished Items means any items issued or otherwise furnished in connection with this Contract by or on behalf of the CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the CUSTOMER or any Crown Body which are made available for use by the SERVICE PROVIDER or its Sub-Contractors for provision of Ordered IT Solutions (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence.

Examples of CUSTOMER Furnished Items in a sentence

Related to CUSTOMER Furnished Items

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
