1.1 The CUSTOMER’s current solution uses 3 x Bloxx Web Filtering Appliances one of which is dedicated for reporting. The hardware/software support & maintenance on these devices expires on 27th November 2014. The CONTRACTOR will need to meet the following milestones to ensure a solution will be in place before the 27th November 2014. The CUSTOMR accepts that if there are any minor changes to the procurement process e.g. clarification question period the following dates may vary but very slightly;
