CONTRACT DISPUTES - ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW. Prior to pursuing other legal remedies, the Contractor shall appeal any contract dispute with DHS by filing a written appeal with the DHS Deputy Director for Support Services within 30 days of the disputed DHS action or decision. The Contractor’s written appeal must identify the Contractor, the contract number, the disputed issue, pertinent contract provisions or legal authorities, and the contact person for the Contractor. The Contractor shall also provide a copy of its appeal to the Director of DHS. The DHS Deputy Director shall have 60 days to issue DHS’ written response to the Contractor’s appeal. The Deputy Director may designate another DHS employee to review and respond to the Contractor’s appeal.

  • Administrative Review The Vice President for Academic Affairs shall submit the Committee’s recommendations to the Superintendent/President. He/She shall review the recommendations. If the recommendations of the Superintendent/President differ from those of the Sabbatical Leave Review Committee, the Superintendent/ President shall meet with the Chair of the Sabbatical Leave Review Committee prior to the February Governing Board meeting. The Superintendent/President shall forward the applications to the Governing Board.

  • Contract Disputes The Parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve potential disputes informally. If the dispute concerning a question of fact arising under the terms of this Contract is not disposed of in a reasonable period of time by the Contractor’s Supervisor and the County‘s project manager as specified in Article 25. Notices by way of the following process, such matter shall be brought to the attention of the County DPA by way of the following process:

  • Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS.

  • GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION PROCEDURE The grievance-arbitration procedure set forth in Sections 16.32 through 16.38 shall be applicable only to disputes arising under Division C of this article.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE & ARBITRATION 36.01 Any complaint, disagreement or difference of opinion between the Company and the Union, or the employees, which concerns the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement, shall be considered as a grievance.
