Contract Language; Means and Language of Communication. Trade Republic has made the terms of the agreement and the pre-contractual information available both in French and English. In principle, communication between the Customer and Trade Republic takes place electronically via the mobile Application and, in part, by email. In principle, orders are placed via the Application. However, the Customer may notify Trade Republic in writing, that he wishes to receive the information, which should be in paper-based form by law, in paper form. In such a case, Trade Republic will send each document, which is required by law to be provided in paper form, to the Customer on paper and by post. The Application is suitable for use both in French and English. The entire business relationship will be conducted in French or English. Communication in relation with the placement of orders and the maintaining of the securities account is governed by the provisions set out in the Framework Agreement for Online Brokerage Services, the Special Conditions for the Postbox, the Special Conditions for Securities Transactions and Execution Policies, the Special Conditions for the Collective Escrow and Transaction Account and the Special Conditions for Mobile Devices.

  • Language of Communication 10.1.1 All INFINOX standard documents will be available in English. If a document is translated into another language this will be for convenience purposes only and the English version will prevail.

  • LANGUAGE OF COMMUNICATIONS All communications between You and Us including all communication of terms and conditions will be in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Step 3 – Contract Language Disputes (a) If a grievance concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than a grievance alleging that a disciplinary action (reduction in base pay, demotion, involuntary transfer of more than 50 miles by highway, suspension, or dismissal) was taken without cause, is not resolved at Step 2, the grievant or designated representative may appeal the grievance by submitting it to the Office Manager for the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of Management Services, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 00000-0950, or by email to: Xxxx0Xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx within 15 days following receipt of the decision at Step 2. When the grievance is eligible for initiation at Step 3, the grievance shall be filed on the grievance form contained in Appendix B of this Contract, setting forth specifically the facts on which the grievance is based, the specific provision(s) of the Contract allegedly violated, and the relief requested.

  • Controlling Language This Agreement is in English only, which language shall be controlling in all respects. All documents exchanged under this Agreement shall be in English.
