Contract Owner Relations and Complaints. TIAA shall (i) provide means for Contract owners to communicate with TIAA regarding matters relating to CREF, including: reports, premium collections, withdrawal and transfer requests, and Contract owner account adjustments and other matters and (ii) implement procedures regarding the receipt, handling, and coordination of Contract owner complaints relating to CREF (in each case other than communications or complaints related to Distribution-Related Services or services performed by TC Services under the Distribution Agreement).

  • Customer Relations A. Actively promote DCP Holding Company in all Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Community activity.

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.

  • Complaints Deal with complaints and correspondence of Institutions and Account holders directed to or brought to the attention of the Administrator;

  • Fund-related Contract Owner Services Maintain adequate fidelity bond or similar coverage for all Company officers, employees, investment advisors and other individuals or entities controlled by the Company who deal with the money and/or securities of the Funds. • Provide general information with respect to Fund inquiries (not including information about performance or related to sales). • Provide information regarding performance of the Funds. • Oversee and assist the solicitation, counting and voting of contract owner pass-through voting interests in the Funds pursuant to Fund proxy statements. Other Administrative Support • Provide other administrative and legal compliance support for the Funds as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Funds or the Fund Administrator. • Relieve the Funds of other usual or incidental administrative services provided to individual contract owners.   • Customer Relationships The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Company has expended significant resources over many years to identify, develop, and maintain its clients. The Executive additionally acknowledges that the Company’s clients have had continuous and long-standing relationships with the Company and that, as a result of these close, long-term relationships, the Company possesses significant knowledge of and confidential information about its clients and their needs. Finally, the Executive acknowledges the Executive’s association and contact with these clients is derived solely from Executive’s employment with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.

  • Employment Relations The Company is in compliance with all Federal, state or other applicable laws, domestic or foreign, respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours, and has not and is not engaged in any unfair labor practice.

  • Product Complaints Subdistributor shall promptly notify Distributor of (but in no event later than 24 hours after receipt), and provide, upon Distributor’s request, reasonable assistance to address and investigate, any complaint or adverse claim about any Product or its use of which Subdistributor becomes aware;

  • Relationship Management 1. Provide client service support to the Fund, including access to day-to-day points of contact and to points of escalation as necessary.

  • Investor Relations Provide fair and accurate analysis of Dominion and its operating subsidiaries and its outlook within the financial community. Enhance Dominion’s position in the energy industry. Balance and diversify shareholder investment in Dominion through a wide range of activities. Provide feedback to Dominion and its operating subsidiaries regarding investor concerns, trading and ownerships. Hold periodic analysts meetings, and provide various operating data as requested or required by investors.

  • Investor Relations Firm Promptly after the execution of a definitive agreement for a Business Combination, the Company shall retain an investor relations firm with the expertise necessary to assist the Company both before and after the consummation of the Business Combination for a term to be agreed upon by the Company and the Representative.
