Contract Readiness. In addition to the Contract Readiness requirements in the MCO Contract, EOHHS may, at its discretion, conduct a Readiness Review of each Contactor for this Attachment 1 that may include, at a minimum, one on‐site review. This review shall be conducted prior to enrollment of Members into the Contractor’s Plan, and at other times during the Contract period at the discretion of EOHHS. EOHHS will conduct the Readiness Review to verify the Contractor’s assurances that the Contractor is ready and able to meet its obligations under Attachment 1.
Contract Readiness. A. EOHHS will conduct a Readiness Review of the Contractor, as set forth in this Section. The Readiness Review must be successfully completed prior to the Contract Operational Start Date and before any LTSS CP Supports payments will be made to the Contractor pursuant to Section 5.

  • Contract Review Agent shall have reviewed all material contracts of Borrowers including, without limitation, leases, union contracts, labor contracts, vendor supply contracts, license agreements and distributorship agreements and such contracts and agreements shall be satisfactory in all respects to Agent;
