CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. 4.1 ESTABLISHED BUSINESS Prior to commencing performance, or prior to that time if required by the MCC, law or regulation, Contractor must be an established business firm with all required licenses, fees, bonding, facilities, equipment and trained personnel necessary to meet all requirements and perform the work as specified in the Solicitation. Contractor shall maintain compliance with these requirements throughout the life of this contract. The MCC reserves the right to require receipt of proof of compliance with said requirements within ten (10) calendar days from the date of request, and to terminate this Contract as a material breach for noncompliance with any requirement of this paragraph.
