Common use of CONTRACTOR TRAINING Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR TRAINING. Before the on-site Services begin, Contractor will provide occupational safety and health training in accordance with applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health laws, regulations and standards including the OSHA standards and these Requirements. Contents of the PSP, the job safety analysis and the EAP will also be covered. This training will be documented and available for review onsite by Tri-State.
