CONTRACTOR TRAINING. 26 5.11.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide ongoing training for Care 27 Coordinators, Wraparound Supervisors, Parent Partners, TFCO-OC Youth Partners 28 and Youth Partners. Training may be delivered through individual or group 1 supervision. Training shall include but is not limited to, developing and 2 enhancing the skill levels of Wraparound Supervisors, Care Coordinators, 3 Parent Partners, TFCO-OC Youth Partners and Youth Partners to help them more 4 effectively: 5 5.11.1.1 Identify, address and resolve conflict during 6 the facilitation of FTMs and thereafter, as may be necessary to develop and 7 accomplish the family mission; 8 5.11.1.2 fiuide the development of individualized, 9 culturally relevant, effective POCs and the timely progression of the Family 10 Team through each of the Wraparound phases; 11 5.11.1.3 Recognize safety and procedural concerns, and 12 anticipate and prevent crises; 13 5.11.1.4 Establish and maintain professional boundaries 14 and identify and effectively resolve instances of poor judgment regarding 15 inappropriate boundaries; 16 5.11.1.5 Be proactive in identifying barriers to progress 17 and seek Supervisor assistance and WRIT Technical assistance as may be needed; 18 5.11.1.6 Input data into the Multi-Agency Intervention 19 Data System (MIDS) accurately and on time (within the required timeframes); 20 and 21 5.11.1.7 Participate in the Wraparound Fidelity Index 22 (WFI) interviewing process as needed.
