Common use of CONTRACTOR’S DUTIES AND STATUS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S DUTIES AND STATUS. Contractor accepts the contractual relationship established between it and the District by this Construction Services Agreement, and Contractor covenants with the District to furnish reasonable skill and judgment in constructing the Project as set forth in the Construction Documents for the Project, as defined in Section 2(D) for the Project which are described and/or set forth herein as Exhibit "A." Contractor agrees to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence and to attempt to furnish at all times an adequate supply of professionals, workers, and materials and to perform the work appropriately, expeditiously, economically, and consistent with the Construction Services Agreement and Construction Documents as defined in Section 2 (A) and (D), below.
