Access to Project. The Issuer, for itself and its duly authorized representatives and agents, including the Trustee, reserves the right to enter the Project at all reasonable times during usual business hours throughout the Term, upon reasonable notice to the Company, for the purpose of (a) examining and inspecting the same, (b) performing such work as may be made necessary by reasons of the Company’s default under any of the provisions of this Lease, and (c) while an Event of Default is continuing hereunder, and with reasonable notice to the Company for the purpose of exhibiting the Project to prospective purchasers or lessees. The Issuer may, during the progress of said work mentioned in (b) above, keep and store on the Project all necessary materials, supplies and equipment and shall not be liable for necessary inconvenience, annoyances, disturbances, loss of business or other damage suffered by reason of the performance of any such work or the storage of such materials, supplies and equipment.

Access to Project. 22.01 Business Representatives of the Union shall have access to all projects or jobs during working hours, but in no case shall their visits interfere with the progress of the work. Whenever regulations prevent access to any project or job the employer will assist the Union Representative in the obtaining of the necessary pass or permission to gain access to the job or project.

Access to Project. Developer shall permit Utility such access to the Project as Utility shall require for the testing of Interconnection Facilities and Developer shall cooperate with Utility in such testing, provided that no testing carried out by Utility shall impose upon Utility any liability, or relieve Developer from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence or other wrongful act in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of the Interconnection Facilities.
Access to Project. If (i) Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders, or its representatives or the Construction Consultant is not permitted, at all reasonable times, following prior notice to Borrower, to enter upon the Project, inspect the Improvements and the construction thereof and all materials, fixtures and articles used or to be used in connection therewith, and to examine all detailed plans, shop drawings and specifications which relate to the Improvements, or (ii) Borrower, the General Contractor or a Major Subcontractor shall fail to furnish to Administrative Agent, the Construction Consultant or their authorized representatives, within a reasonable period of time after requested, copies of such plans, drawings and specifications, or copies of any invoices, subcontracts, or bills of sale relating to the construction or equipping of the Improvements, and, in any of the foregoing cases such default remains uncured for a period of five (5) Business Days after notice thereof from Administrative Agent to Borrower; provided, however, that if such default is caused as a result of the General Contractor or a Major Subcontractor, such five (5) Business Day period shall be extended so long as Borrower is diligently pursuing its rights and remedies to cause compliance by the General Contractor or such Major Subcontractor; or

Access to Project. Due to the dangerous conditions that exist in a traffic control work zone and the need to maintain proper safety and to protect employees and the general public, union representatives shall notify the Individual Employer prior to accessing the project. While on the jobsite, the union representative shall not interfere with the contractor or the employees while any are engaged in the performance of their job.
Access to Project. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, and on other days between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following day, or such other hours as Landlord shall determine from time to time, access to and within the Project and/or to the passageways, lobbies, entrances, exits, loading areas, corridors, elevators or stairways and other areas in the Project may be restricted and access gained by use of a key to the outside doors of the Project, or pursuant to such security procedures Landlord may from time to time impose. Landlord shall in all cases retain the right to control and prevent access to such areas by persons engaged in activities which are illegal or violate these Rules, or whose presence in the judgment of Landlord shall be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation and interests of the Project and its tenants (and Landlord shall have no liability in damages for such actions taken in good faith). No Tenant and no employee or invitee of Tenant shall enter areas reserved for the exclusive use of Landlord, its employees or invitees or other persons. Tenant shall keep doors to corridors and lobbies closed except when persons are entering or leaving.
