Cooperation with Management. The Contractor shall at all times cooperate with SJVIA management, which includes the SJVIA Manager, the SJVIA Assistant Manager, the SJVIA Auditor-Treasurer, any employee of the County of Fresno or the County of Tulare who is designated by one of those persons to administer the business and activities of the SJVIA, and counsel to the SJVIA. That cooperation includes reporting promptly to the SJVIA Auditor- Treasurer any material oral or written communications received by the Contractor from a participating entity, prospective participating entity, or contractor of the SJVIA.
Cooperation with Management. If requested by Astec or any Astec subsidiary, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, or attorneys, Executive shall fully cooperate with Astec or any Astec subsidiary (a) in responding to any questions or issues that may arise regarding his former duties; (b) in the defense of any claim against Astec or any Astec subsidiary, including, without limitation, any administrative or other charge, demand, lawsuit, arbitration, mediation, or other demand for legal or equitable relief, notwithstanding the forum, or (c) in Astec’s or any Astec subsidiary’s response to any compliance-related or other issue. This section is not intended to require anything of Executive other than providing, if requested, truthful and accurate assistance or testimony.
Cooperation with Management. 4.5.1 Contractor agrees that all of the work performed under the Contract shall be coordinated with the management office of Owner.
Cooperation with Management. The Union recognizes that the Employer covered by this Agreement has a responsibility to the public and its bond holders and must operate efficiently and economically, if it is to be able to meet rising costs of operation, including rates of pay and working conditions to members of the Union. Accordingly, the Union agrees that it will cooperate with the Employer to the end that its business may be operated efficiently, and further agrees that it will not interfere in any way with the Employer's right to operate and manage its business, provided that nothing herein will permit the Employer to violate any of the terms and/or conditions of this Agreement. If the Shop Xxxxxxx or employees feel that the Employer in any way violates this Agreement, the matter shall be handled in the manner outlined by the Grievance Procedure in this Agreement.
Cooperation with Management. Two full calendar months prior to the end of the Lease Agreement, Management can show the Property to prospective tenants with reasonable notice provided to the current Tenant (at least 24 hours prior to showing). Current Tenant should keep the Property clean and in suitable condition for showing to prospective tenants. If property will not ready for showing, or will not comply with requirements for showing, or Current Tenant violate any rules, regulations and policies made by Management for show the Property to prospective tenants, Current Tenant shall pay a penalty of $120.00 every time a showing has to be canceled for these reasons. In this case Owner/Management reserves the right to use the Tenant’s Security Deposit to cover these penalties.
