CONTRACTOR’S VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT. 8.1 The Contractor’s vehicles and equipment used in the performance of the Services shall be properly equipped to deliver the Services. All vehicles and equipment shall be kept clean, in good mechanical condition, painted to present a neat appearance, show evidence of annual safety inspections and display proper registration and license information. All of the Contractor’s vehicles and equipment shall be equipped with approved back-up alarms, multiple lite revolving / strobe lights, or other necessary warning systems, which shall be maintained and in proper operating condition at all times. In the event of a breakdown, the Contractor shall arrange for reserve equipment, with always the intent to maintain the Time Schedule. Vehicles used in the performance of the Services shall be identified on both sides with the full company name, telephone number and ID/ unit number. This must be fully legible and displayed in a professional manner.

  • Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All equipment, tools and vehicles brought onto the Customer’s premises by the Supplier or the Staff shall be at the Supplier’s risk.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Assuring Contractors’ Systems 2.1 The primary purpose of the Contractor Assurance Team is to provide the Authority with an assurance that payments to Contractors are in accordance with the Authority requirements, and that public funds are protected and value for money has been obtained.

  • Property and Equipment All property and equipment purchased by CONTRACTOR with funds received under this Agreement, or purchased on behalf of CONTRACTOR for the program site(s) covered under this Agreement, shall be insured by CONTRACTOR at replacement value against fire, theft, and destruction equal to the full replacement cost.

In calculating a refund under sections 25 to 29, a private career college may retain the retail cost of books or equipment that the private career college supplied to the student if the student, (a) fails to return the books or equipment to the private career college within 10 days of the student’s withdrawal or expulsion from the program, or
