Production Individualization Agreement: agreement signed between the rights holders of Exploration and Production, after the Declaration of Commerciality, for the unified Development and Production of Deposits that extend beyond the Contract Area, containing the individualized Development Plan and established according to the procedures laid down in articles 33 to 41 of Law no. 12,351/2010 and the Applicable Legislation. Affiliate: any controlled or controlling company, in accordance with article 1,098 to 1,100 of the Brazilian Civil Code, as well as the companies directly or indirectly controlled by the same company.
