Contractual monitoring. Monitoring visits may take place at any time during the contractual period. The purpose of these visits is to review the progress of the IC activities and inspect at first hand, the results and outcomes. These visits will be carried out by the Commission, the Court of Auditors, the Office or by agents appointed by any of these parties. The visits will normally take place at the premises of the Office or of the Commission in Brussels. In some cases, as required by the Commission, they may also take place at the offices of the Beneficiary. In the case of projects receiving a grant of 100.000 EUR or more, the Beneficiary might be required to visit the Office or the Commission at maximum twice during the contract year, to review progress. In any event, if a monitoring visit is necessary, the Beneficiary will be notified in advance by the Commission or by the Office, in accordance with article 8.1 of the Financial Agreement. The Beneficiary will be informed of the results and conclusions of the monitoring visit. The visit will normally lead to the following results: • the visit is satisfactory and no further action is necessary; • the Beneficiary may be required to produce documents or materials which were not available at the time of the visit. These documents or materials must be produced within the time specified by the organisation carrying out the visit; • the Beneficiary may be required to take steps to improve the quality of the materials being produced or to re- align the work plan so as to comply with the financial agreement; • where the visit reveals that no progress has been made or no work has been carried out, all or some of the IC activities may be stopped and the Beneficiary required to reimburse any grant received.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.

  • Financial Monitoring City staff shall monitor, review, and evaluate the financial procedures of the Subrecipient through documents submitted to the City and on-site monitoring. The Subrecipient shall provide and make available to the City such reports and records that will be necessary for a proper financial evaluation. With reasonable notice being given to the Subrecipient, the City may schedule at least one on-site visit and other visits that may be needed during the course of this Agreement.

  • SUBCONTRACTUAL RELATIONS 5.3.1 By written agreement, the Contractor shall require each Subcontractor, to the extent of the Work to be performed by the Subcontractor, to be bound to the Contractor by the terms of the Contract Documents, and to assume toward the Contractor all the obligations and responsibilities which the Contractor, by these Documents, assumes toward the State and the Architect. Said agreement shall preserve and protect the rights of the State and the Architect under the Contract Documents with respect to the Work to be performed by the Subcontractor so that the subcontracting thereof will not prejudice such rights, and shall allow to the Subcontractor, unless specifically provided otherwise in the Contractor Subcontractor agreement, the benefit of all rights, remedies and redress against the Contractor that the Contractor, by these Documents, has against the State. The Contractor shall require each Subcontractor to enter into similar agreements with his Sub-subcontractors. The Contractor shall make available to each proposed Subcontractor, prior to the execution of the Subcontract, copies of the Contract Documents to which the Subcontractor will be bound by this Paragraph 5.3, and identify to the Subcontractor any terms and conditions of the proposed Subcontract which may be at variance with the Contract Documents. Each Subcontractor shall similarly make copies of such Documents available to his / her Sub-subcontractors.

  • CONTRACTUAL WORK The right of contracting or sub-contracting is vested in the Board. The right to contract or sub-contract shall not be used for the purpose of undermining the Union or to discriminate against any of its members, nor shall use of contracting or sub-contracting result in the reduction of the present work force as is now in effect, or in the event of the extension of service shall contracting or sub-contracting be used to avoid the performance of work covered under this Agreement.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Monitoring Arrangements 8.1 We will formally monitor the progress of the access agreement at least once a year through the Executive Group who report biannually to the Steering Group. Initial monitoring will be concerned with participation rates and the development of data on lower income and other under-represented groups, against which to monitor. When specific baselines, targets, and milestones are determined we will look to monitor against these.

  • Contractual Relations Nothing contained in this Contract shall create any contractual relations between County and a subcontractor.

  • System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.
