Control Center Access. Contractor shall provide Owner with access to Contractor’s control center and with office space as described below for Owner to monitor Contractor's provision of Control Center Support Services and provide consultation to Contractor in connection with Contractor's performance of the Control Center Support Services (“Owner Functions”) on a twenty-four hour basis. Owner shall designate in writing to Contractor the names of up to fifteen (15) qualified and trained individuals (“Owner’s Representatives”) to have such access to the control center. Owner’s access to Contractor’s control center shall be limited to Owner’s Representatives. Owner may change any of its Owner’s Representatives at any time with not less than forty eight (48) hours prior written notice to Contractor. Contractor shall provide Owner’s Representatives with one thousand (1000) square feet of space at the control center; provided that Contractor shall have the right to relocate such space within the control center from time to time upon at least five (5) Business Days prior written notice thereof to Owner. Office space provided pursuant to this Section 7.6 shall include utilities, internet and telephone connection and a reasonably sufficient amount of office furniture so that Owner’s Representatives may conduct Owner Functions. Contractor shall provide Owner’s Representatives with such information regarding the Control Center Support Services in a timely manner as such Owner’s Representatives may reasonably request. Contractor shall also consult with Owner’s Representatives in connection with Contractor’s performance of the Control Center Support Services. Contractor shall provide Owner with notice of any applicable rules and regulations related to the control center, including any restricted areas within the control center, and Owner’s Representatives shall comply with such rules and regulations and Applicable Law. Contractor may deny access to, or request Owner to remove, any Owner’s Representative that (i) is unqualified or not properly trained to perform the Owner Functions, (ii) fails to comply with Contractror’s rules and regulations regarding the control center, (iii) fails, in Contractor's sole but reasonable judgment, to comply with Applicable Law, or (iv) disrupts Contractor in the performance of the Operational Services or otherwise for reasons of safety.   • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Computer Access Where possible, providing no additional costs are incurred by the Employer, one (1) authorized representative of each Union shall be entitled to submit for posting on the Employer's electronic communication system one electronic Union notice per month for members of the bargaining unit. The Employer shall determine the method of distribution. The Employer shall review all proposed notices and retain a discretion not to post any notice that it deems unlawful or contrary to the Employer’s interests, which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised. The Union agrees to indemnify the Employer for any liability arising out of offensive or otherwise unlawful notices posted by the Union. Nothing in this Article requires a change to distribution practices that existed prior to April 1, 2015.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Data Access Control Persons entitled to use data processing systems gain access only to the Personal Data that they have a right to access, and Personal Data must not be read, copied, modified or removed without authorization in the course of processing, use and storage.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • Building Access The authorized representatives of the Union shall upon request have access to the District’s premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of adjusting grievances, investigating working conditions, or ascertaining that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to; provided the representatives check in with the front office, following school protocol to receive a visitor’s badge, they do not interfere with employees in the performance of their duties. The Union shall furnish the District with the names of its authorized representatives.

  • Physical Access Control Unauthorized persons are prevented from gaining physical access to premises, buildings or rooms where data processing systems that process and/or use Personal Data are located.
