Indigenous Peoples 8. The Borrower shall ensure, or cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agency to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take, or cause the Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.
Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Technical and Organisational Measures (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organisational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection. Upon acceptance by the Client, the documented measures become the foundation of the contract. Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.
