Control Wiring. 1. Control circuit wiring shall be carried out with 250 volts grade PVC insulated armored multi core copper conductor cables. 2. Control cables shall be of adequate cross sections to restrict the voltage drop but each conductor shall be not less than 2.5 sq. mm. 3. Runs of control wires within the switchboard shall be neatly bunched and suitably supported / clamped. Means shall be provided for easy identification of the control wires by means of labeled ferrules. 4. The control wiring shall correspond to the circuit / sequence of operations and inter locks as required for satisfactory performance of the plant.

Control Wiring. All 120-volt/240-volt control transformers for heating and cooling must be fed from the same circuit as the fan in a forced air system, from the same circuit as the pump in a hot water system, from the same circuit as the living room heat circuit of a baseboard system. Wiring to the dual-fuel control unit must have a minimum insulation of 600-volt rating. All control wire splices shall be placed in an approved junction box and wired in accordance with the NEC.
Control Wiring. The control wiring between Northern's ethanol facility's equipment and Agent's BSP will be maintained, repaired, or replaced at a cost based on ownership share. Agent and Northern will mutually agree to repair or replace the control circuit when required, based upon their ownership share. "Ownership share" shall mean the number of linear feet of the steam supply line and return condensate line lying on the party's respective properties divided by the total number of linear feet of the steam supply line and return condensate line lying between Agent's BSP and Northern's ethanol facility. Control Wiring. The switchgear shall be wired with UL type SIS #14 AWG minimum. CT wiring shall be #10 AWG Minimum. Terminal blocks shall be supplied and clearly marked for both field-wiring connections and factory installed wiring. Provide wired terminal blocks with 20% spare capacity for customer connection of: - Four Separate remote trip and remote close interlocks for each generator breaker. - Two signals from each potential transformer secondary. - Shorting type terminal blocks for current transformers. Provide wiring connections throughout with insulated crimped ring tongue type for current transformers. Ground connection shall be made at the first terminal block, not at the current transformer. Each breaker's close, lockout and trip circuit shall be fused separately in each compartment. Minimum trip circuit fuse rating shall be 30 Amps. Any control or protective devices that are common to more than one breaker shall be on separately fused circuits.

  • Controls Each party will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical controls designed to protect data in its possession or under its control from unauthorised access, accidental loss and unauthorised modification. You are responsible for implementing administrative, technical, and physical controls that are appropriate for your business.

  • Intermediaries a. Subject to Clause 15 if either party uses the services of an intermediary to transmit, log, store or process Messages, that party shall be responsible for any acts, failures or omissions by that intermediary in its provision of the said services as though they were his own acts, failures or omissions. The Authority shall be liable as between the Authority and the Contractor for any acts, failures or omissions of DECS in its provision of the services of an intermediary as though they were the acts, failures or omissions of the Authority. b. Any party using an intermediary shall ensure that it is a contractual responsibility of the intermediary that no change in the substantive data content of the Messages to be transmitted is made and that such Messages are not disclosed to any unauthorised person.

  • Acting Jointly or in Concert For purposes of this Agreement, a Person is acting jointly or in concert with another Person if such Person has any agreement, arrangement or understanding (whether formal or informal and whether or not in writing) with such other Person to acquire, or Offer to Acquire, any Common Shares of the Corporation (other than (A) customary agreements with and between underwriters and banking group or selling group members with respect to a distribution of securities by way of prospectus or private placement, or (B) pursuant to a pledge of securities in the ordinary course of business).

  • Directly or Indirectly Where any provision in this Agreement refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person.

  • Control Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, it is understood and agreed that the Trust shall at all times retain the ultimate responsibility for and control of all functions performed pursuant to this Agreement and has reserved the right to reasonably direct any action hereunder taken on its behalf by the Sub-Adviser.

  • Competitor “Competitor” means any person, firm, business or other organization or entity that designs, develops, produces, offers for sale or sells products that are in competition with the products of the Company or an Affiliate as designed, developed, produced, offered for sale or sold by the Company or an Affiliate at the time of Executive’s Separation from Service.

  • Entity If the Subscriber is a corporation, company, trust, employee benefit plan, individual retirement account, Xxxxx Plan, or other tax-exempt entity, it is authorized and qualified to become an investor in the Company and the person signing this Agreement on behalf of such entity has been duly authorized by such entity to do so.

  • Person The term “Person” shall mean any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust, joint stock company, business trust, unincorporated association, joint venture, governmental authority or other entity of any nature whatsoever.

  • Possession Tenant has examined the condition of the Premises and by taking possession acknowledges that they have accepted the Premises in good order and in its current condition except as herein otherwise stated. Failure of the Landlord to deliver possession of the Premises at the start of the Lease Term to the Tenant shall terminate this Agreement at the option of the Tenant. Furthermore, under such failure to deliver possession by the Landlord, and if the Tenant cancels this Agreement, the Security Deposit (if any) shall be returned to the Tenant along with any other pre-paid rent, fees, including if the Tenant paid a fee during the application process before the execution of this Agreement.

  • Affiliate As used in this Agreement, the term “affiliate” shall mean any entity which owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with, Company.
