Heating and Cooling. In order to maintain comfort of Xxxxxx’s guest and invitees, Cypress Manor covenants and agrees to provide reasonable means of heating and cooling on the leased premises. Tenant does not have permission to adjust thermostat on premises, please contact Cypress Manor to do so. If additional heating or cooling is needed in the form of portable heaters and fans, Tenant must obtain Cypress Manor’s approval of such items for safety reasons.
Heating and Cooling. Tenant shall not inhibit the heating or cooling system. Storage or placement of furniture in front of base board radiators is prohibited. Tenant shall not inhibit the flow of air by taping diffusers nor shall any Tenant use any other method of heating than that provided by Landlord; without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Heating and Cooling. A failure of the heating system shall be considered an emergency if the outside temperature is below 55 degrees or is forecast to be below 55 degrees in the next 24 hours. A failure of the cooling system shall be considered an emergency if the outside temperature is above 85 degrees or is forecast to be above 85 degrees in the next 24 hours.

Heating and Cooling. The interior premises are heated and cooled by one or more roof-mounted mechanical units. The sizing of the mechanical units are designed to provide one (1) ton of cooling for every four hundred (400) square feet of floor area; provided that the internal load does not exceed three (3) xxxxx per square foot. Individual thermostat control shall be centrally controlled allowing for automatic setback capabilities with external dial-in monitoring provided for the interior premises, with control areas not to exceed two thousand (2,000) square feet in size. Based upon the above, the system shall maintain a minimum temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit and a maximum temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the separate rooms within the Leased Premises, so long as the minimum exterior temperature shall not be below zero degrees Fahrenheit and the maximum exterior temperature shall not be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heating and Cooling. 1. In consideration of optimum learning environment and energy conservation, including governmental regulations and guidelines, the Board shall maintain adequate classroom heating within the instructional areas of each school building. A teacher shall not be required to teach in a facility where the temperature is below sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60°) and the condition cannot be corrected within one (1) school day.
2. The board will strive to maintain facility temperatures above 65° and below 90°. Where practical, a teacher’s class may be temporarily moved to another location in the facility to relieve a situation not within the parameters as stated above.
Heating and Cooling. Owner will provide and properly service equipment suitable to heat water and to provide suitable heating and cooling of the Rental Unit.
Heating and Cooling to pay and discharge as Rent the cost of all heating, cooling, ventilating and air conditioning required in the Leased Premises and the cost of all repairs, replacements and improvements to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and other service and utility systems;
Heating and Cooling. All insulation and HVAC system materials and products shall meet current thermal environmental conditions for human occupancy (ASHRAE standard 55‐2004) and ventilation standards (ASHRAE Standard 62.1‐2004). Tenant Agency shall have control of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation settings including individual thermostat controls for walled office space. Tenant Improvements will include providing individual thermostat controls for office space. Interior spaces must be separately zoned. HVAC logistics shall take into account that Tenant Agency personnel will work during evenings and weekends. Sound dampers in duct work and other sound mitigation options shall ensure that heating and cooling functions do not interfere with the work of the Tenant Agency; HVAC sound levels for office and conference rooms shall be 40 dBA or less. The State reserves the right to require certification, at Lessor’s cost, from a registered professional engineer to verify this requirement is met. Lessor shall provide and operate all building equipment and systems. Exposed ducts, piping and conduits are not permitted in any office area.
