Convening meetings. 9.4.1 An annual general meeting shall be convened by the Secretary on the instructions of the Executive Committee and any notice convening such a meeting shall set out or append details of any such matters as are referred to in Clause 9.1.6 and shall be accompanied by a copy of the business plan referred to in Clause 9.1.1 and of the report referred to in Clause 9.
