Convening meetings. 9.4.1 An annual general meeting shall be convened by the Secretary on the instructions of the Executive Committee and any notice convening such a meeting shall set out or append details of any such matters as are referred to in Clause 9.1.8 and shall be accompanied by a copy of the reports referred to in Clauses 9.1.1 and 9.1.2 and of the business plan referred to in Clause 9.1.6. The Secretary shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Pool Chairman and Pool Members in advance of the relevant annual general meeting of any such matters referred to in Clause 9.1.8 of which the Secretary has received notice in accordance with that Clause.
