Convening meetings. A meeting of Noteholders: (a) may be convened by the Issuer subject to and in accordance with Condition 13.1 at any time and may, in the case of a multiple series aggregation, be combined with a meeting or meetings of one or more other affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation; and (b) will be convened by the Issuer upon a requisition in writing in the English language, setting out the purpose of the meeting, signed by the holders of at least 10 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes then outstanding.
