Conventions and Conferences. Employees selected by the Union to attend conventions and conferences of the Union shall, where reasonably possible, be granted leave of absence without pay for the same provided the Corporation is given two (2) weeks notice in writing with a copy to the Administrator and Department Heads. No more than three (3) employees from any one Home may be absent at any one time. In any one Home, such leaves without pay shall not total more than one hundred (100) working days, in one calendar year, excluding traveling time. The Corporation will continue to pay the employee's salary and benefits and invoice the Union for the same.
