Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.
Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.
City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
Contractor Representative Contractor designates *** as the Contractor Representative. Notification of a change in Contractor Representative shall be provided in advance, in writing, to Owner. The Contractor Representative is a Key Person.
Grievance Representative Employees presenting a grievance under Step 2 shall be represented by a representative of the Union.
Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.

Lead Hand Employee who performs hands-on work in a group or small section of a department (usually four or fewer employees) and directs work assignments and is responsible for its completion. Agent Subject to any other written instructions of the Adviser or the Trust, the Subadviser is hereby appointed the Adviser’s and the Trust’s agent and attorney-in-fact for the limited purposes of executing account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents as the Subadviser shall be requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with its management of the Subadviser Assets.
