Conversion to Health Care Premium. Employees may convert previously earned vacation days to monies to be used toward payment of their health care premium. Up to 10 days may be converted annually. A minimum of 10 days of accrued vacation must be available at the time of declaration. Individuals will declare in writing the intent to make this conversion during the health care open enrollment period of the prior year. The dollar amount will be applied to health care premiums for the next calendar year. Individuals who are not enrolled in any health care plans may convert previously earned vacation days to sick leave days during the health care open enrollment period.

Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout Xxxxxxx County.

  • Certification Premium Nurses certified in a specialty area by a national organization and working in that area of certification shall be paid a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour, provided that the nurse continues to meet all educational and other requirements to keep the certification current and in good standing.

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.

  • BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.
