Cooperation and data subjects' rights. As applicable, Lenovo shall provide reasonable and timely assistance to Controller to enable Controller to respond to: (i) any request from a Data Subject to exercise any of its rights under Data Protection Law (including its rights of access, correction, objection, erasure and Data portability, as applicable); and (ii) any other correspondence, enquiry or complaint received from a Data Subject, regulator or other third party in connection with the Processing of the Data. Data Subject Requests (DSRs) shall be requested by Controller by submitting a formal request in written to Lenovo at xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. Lenovo may redirect the Controller to submit its request to Lenovo’s DSR portal.

Cooperation and data subjects' rights. Taking into account the nature of the processing, Clowder shall reasonably and timely assist the Customer, at Customer’s expense and by appropriate technical and organizational measures, to enable Customer to respond to: (i) any request from a Data Subject to exercise any of its rights under applicable Data Protection Laws (including its rights of access, correction, objection, erasure and data portability, as applicable), but Customer must first amend, restrict, transfer or delete any Personal Data through the use of Customer’s rights and capabilities within the system; and (ii) any other correspondence, enquiry or complaint received from a data subject, regulator or other third party in connection with the processing of Personal Data. In the event that any such request, correspondence, enquiry or complaint is made directly to Clowder, Clowder shall promptly inform Customer, providing details of the same and will not respond to such request unless authorized by Customer, except to direct the Data Subject to submit its request to Customer. Clowder will promptly and thoroughly investigate all allegations of unauthorized access to, use or disclosure of the Personal Data transmitted, stored or processed by Clowder. Clowder shall provide Customer, on request and at Customer’s expense, such other assistance as may reasonably be required by Customer to comply with its own obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws.

In the event that any such request, correspondence, enquiry or complaint is made directly to Boomerang, Boomerang shall promptly inform the Customer providing full details of the same.
Cooperation and data subjects' rights. Some of the RingCentral Services may provide direct technical means to enable Customer to fulfil its duties to respond to requests from data subjects under Applicable Data Protection Laws. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the Customer’s responsibility to respond to any data subject request. If Customer is unable to address the data subject's request through such technical means, or where such functionality is not available, RingCentral shall, taking into account the nature of the processing, provide reasonable assistance to Customer insofar as this is possible, to enable Customer to respond to such data subject requests. In the event that such request is made directly to RingCentral, RingCentral shall promptly inform the data subject to contact the Customer of the same. It is Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any account Administrator identified for Customer’s RingCentral account to manage and carry out data subject requests has appropriate authority to do so.
Cooperation and data subjects' rights. The Licensed Software and Services provides Customer with a number of controls that Customer may use to retrieve, correct, delete or restrict Customer Data, which Customer may use to assist it in connection with its obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws, including its obligations relating to responding to requests from data subjects or applicable data protection authorities. To the extent that Customer is unable to independently access the relevant Customer Data within the Licensed Software and Services, Tanium shall provide reasonable and timely assistance to Customer at Customer’s expense to enable Customer to respond to: (i) any request from a data subject to exercise any of its rights under applicable Data Protection Laws (including its rights of access, correction, objection, erasure and data portability, as applicable); and (ii) any other correspondence, enquiry or complaint received from a data subject, regulator or other third-party in connection with the Processing of Customer Data. In the event that any such request, correspondence, enquiry or complaint is made directly to Tanium, Tanium shall promptly inform Customer providing full details of the same.

If any such request, correspondence, inquiry or complaint is made directly to Everbridge, Everbridge shall promptly inform Client providing full details of the same.
