COOPERATION AND JOINT COMMITMENT TO SAFETY. The Employer shall continue to make reasonable efforts to protect the safety and health of its employees during the hours of their employment. Both parties pledge themselves by this Agreement to cooperate fully with each other in the furtherance of the safety and health program.
