Coordinated System Plan. The Parties will coordinate any studies required to assure the reliable, efficient, and effective operation of the transmission system. Results of such coordinated studies will be included in the Coordinated System Plan. The Coordinated System Plan shall have as input the results of ongoing analyses of requests for interconnection and ongoing analyses of requests for long-term firm transmission service. The Parties shall coordinate in the analyses of these ongoing service requests in accordance with Sections 9.3.3 and 9.3.4. The Coordinated System Plan shall be an integral part of the expansion plans of each Party. Construction of upgrades that are identified as necessary in the Coordinated System Plan shall be under the terms of the Transmission Owner Agreements of the Parties, applicable to the construction of upgrades identified in the expansion planning process.
