Coordination of Make-Ready Efforts. In the event multiple entities have been granted Attachment Licenses for the same Pole and a disagreement arises between them as to construction and installation schedules, SMEU shall have the right to require a representative of Licensee who has authority to agree on these issues to attend a meeting called by SMEU to discuss and agree on these issues. If SMEU, in its sole reasonable discretion, determines that Licensee is not bargaining in good faith, SMEU may revoke or modify Licensee’s Attachment License.

  • University-Supported Efforts (1) If the work was not made in the course of independent efforts, the work is the property of the University and the employee shall share in the proceeds therefrom.

  • Outage Authority and Coordination Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner may each, in accordance with NYISO procedures and Good Utility Practice and in coordination with the other Party, remove from service any of its respective Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment.
