Bargaining in Good Faith. Representatives of the Board and the Association shall negotiate in good faith on all matters concerning wages, hours, fringe benefits and terms and conditions of employment.

Bargaining in Good Faith. This is the obligation of the parties to meet at reasonable times for the purpose of effecting a free exchange of facts, opinions, proposals, and counterproposals in a sincere effort to reach mutual understanding and agreement on all appropriate matters submitted for negotiations.

  • Bargaining unit members shall earn their salary at the Equalized Daily rate. A bargaining unit member’s Equalized Daily Rate of Pay shall be calculated based upon dividing the annual salary by the number of paid days in the bargaining unit member’s work calendar. Upon termination, bargaining unit members shall be paid through their last day worked at the Equalized Daily rate.

  • Bargaining Committee A bargaining committee of no more than three (3) employees and one (1) alternate may be selected by the Union.

The Hospital agrees to pay members of the negotiating committee for straight time wages lost from their regularly scheduled working hours spent in direct negotiations for a renewal agreement, up to but not including arbitration.   • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.

  • Bargaining Unit Work The City agrees that it will not assign work currently performed by employees under this Agreement to City employees in other bargaining units.

  • Bargaining Agent The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees for whom the Union has been certified as bargaining agent.
