Common use of Copies of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Agreements. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Union and the Employer shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees within sixty (60) days of signing of the Agreement. The cost of printing shall be borne equally by both parties.
